Play Recipes

Bubble Mix

• 1 Tbsp sugar
• 3 Tbsp hot water
• Add 6 tsps detergent
• Stir gently
• Best if left over night before using

Note: Recipe enough for a play group. Halve the recipe for home use.

Egg Shell Collage

Dry eggshells in the hot water cupboard and then crush and mix them with food colouring.

Beacuse the egg shells are porous, they will absorb the colour, giving your children some fantastic tactile collage material to play with.

Play Dough

• 2 Cups salt
• 4 Cups flour
• 8 tsp cream of tartar
• 4 tsp cooking oil
• Powder paint/food colouring
• 4 cups boiling wataer
• Few drops of essential oil

Mix Well

Store in airtight container

Slime

• 4 Cups boiling water
• 1 Cup Lux Flakes
• Add flood colpouring and essences of essential oils eg. pepermint, almond
• Mix and cool.
