2002-03 Cancy Arrives in London

Coming from the London Heathrow Airport, our first stop was at Paddington Station, where I met Paddington Bear. The first few months we were here we were staying in hotels. After a 25 hour flight I was glad to have somewhere to rest.

First Hotel we lived in, was New Atlantic Hotel in Paddington, nice and cheap, liveable, 5 minutes walk to the Paddington Station. To get to work takes half an hour by tube. We would sometimes walk it passing through Hyde Park which would take over an hour. We then moved to a hotel closer to work in Pimlico called Bakers Hotel. This was a nicer place and only 5 mins. walk to work.
